The Träumeland Abendrot mattress is designed for healthy sleep for babies and toddlers. The cold-foam core with a profiled nub structure provides a comfortable lying surface while supporting proper body support. Thanks to the vertical air channels, the mattress is better ventilated and helps maintain a pleasant microclimate during sleep.
A practical advantage is two firmness sides – one intended for a baby (nub structure) and the other for a toddler. Along the long sides you will find safety side panels / step edges, which increase stability during a child's first attempts to stand in the crib.
Included is the Sleep Safety multifunctional cover composed of 38% TENCEL™ and 62% polyester, quilted with a soft fleece for comfort. The cover has integrated moisture protection – it can absorb a small amount of liquid (e.g., in case of a diaper leak), but not larger amounts. The cover is highly breathable, separable, washable up to 60 °C, and suitable for gentle tumble drying. For maximum safety, a Safety zip without a zipper pull is used, which a child cannot open on their own.
The mattress is supplied rolled and vacuum-packed to reduce shipping volume and CO2 emissions. After unpacking, the mattress becomes fully functional within a few minutes, while the mattress core may need approximately 2–3 days to reach full volume (during this time the mattress can be used normally).
